Mr. Cibull has nearly 3 decades of corporate human resources experience with companies such as Lucas Aerospace/TRW, Republic Services, ITT Industries, and Coca Cola Enterprises. Mr. Cibull consults with clients regarding talent acquisition, performance/talent management, succession planning, employee relations, legal compliance, and risk management strategies.
Mr. Cibull earned a JD at the Widener University School of Law, located in Wilmington, Delaware and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics at Indiana University’s Bloomington, Indiana campus.
